Here's what you need: Plus a tomato and oil. lol
First slice your tomato not to thick and not to thin. Just right...
Then put one egg and 1/2 C of buttermilk in a bowl.Stir until well blended. In the other bowl put the Panko crumbs (about 1C) and garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Next dip egg into egg mixture and then in to crumb mixture.
Now fry those babies up!
Flip in between. Take out when tender and brown.
